Steven Jan Stroband has founded Capricorn Capital Group BV in 2014 in the Netherlands, a real estate investment management company which has to date acquired 57 assets with in total 311.000 sqm of floorspace and a combined development value of € 480 million. Capricorn came forth out of a family office which Steven has founded after his career in banking, having worked for Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch in Switzerland. Steven lives since 2005 in Switzerland.
Martin Drzewinski has many years’ experience as an architect, general planner and manager at various levels. A generalist who, with around 25 years of development, planning and management experience, brings significant added value to the IBEX Group. Already active on the Swiss market for 20 years, he was most recently in responsible management positions with general contractors as well as on the client side at renowned banks and educational institutions.
Christoph Rumpf is a Certified Business Economist and Certified Internal Auditor. He has many years of experience in real estate and finance. As CFO, head of F&A, head of internal audit and partner/owner in an accounting firm. He has broad professional and management experience and knows the real estate development, sales and property management industry very well. In addition to his full-time job, he is a member of the board of directors and charity foundations
Prof. Wiel Arets is an internationally renowned architect, urban planner and researcher. He established WAA, Wiel Arets Architects, in 1984 in the Netherlands and built his oeuvre in Australia, Japan, USA, Middle East and throughout Europe. His writings and build projects are published and awarded globally. He taught at the AA in London, as Professor at Columbia University and Cooper Union in NY, as well as tenure Professor at UdK Berlin and at IIT Chicago; since 1993 he serves at the advisory board of Princeton University and was dean of the Berlage Institute and IIT-Chicago. His built work includes the Allianz Headquarters in Zürich, the University Library in Utrecht, Campus Hoogvliet in Rotterdam, several high-rise towers, and housing projects as well as strategic urban planning throughout the globe.
