Daniel Vicentini joins IBEX Gruppe AG as Head of Finance and Controling

Daniel Vicentini has joined IBEX Gruppe AG per the first of March 2023 as Head of Finance and Controlling. Daniel is a swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling and has several years of experience in finance, including controlling, budgeting, accounting, tax and audit. From his previous positions as Head of Accounting, Head of Real Estate Accounting and CFO, he also brings to IBEX Gruppe AG management experience and experience from the real estate sector.
Martin Drzewinski joins IBEX Gruppe AG as Head of Development

Martin Drewinski has joined IBEX Gruppe AG per the first of January 2023 as Head of Development. Martin has many years’ experience as an architect, general planner and manager at various levels. A generalist who, with around 25 years of development, planning and management experience, brings significant added value to the IBEX Group. Already active on the Swiss market for 20 years, he was most recently in responsible management positions with general contractors as well as on the client side at renowned banks and educational institutions.
IBEX Gruppe AG launches Swiss student accommodation platform

IBEX Gruppe AG, a private real estate investment company headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, has launched a new platform for the investment in purpose-built Student Hotels in good micro-locations of the Swiss university cities of Basel, Bern, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Winterthur and Zurich.
IBEX Gruppe AG plans to develop and subsequently manage a total of 1,500 to 2,000 beds. These plans exploit decades of real estate acquisition and development experience, and the delivery to the market of best-in-class properties.
IBEX Gruppe AG is already underwriting several projects in Basel and Zurich, and intends to acquire first plots or buildings in Q3 2020 and commence development in 2021.
